5508 - 5608 Parkcrest

Strategically located near the intersection of Loop 1 and RM 2222, 5508 and 5608 Parkcrest were built in 1985.  The office investments were purchased in 2017 and 2022 respectively.  5508 Parkcrest was 34% occupied at closing.  After undergoing an extensive rehab the property is now 100% leased and generating attractive cash flow.

5608 Parkcrest was in average condition and 60% occupied at closing.  Suites have been upgraded as leases turn.  The property is now 100% occupied and cash flowing.

The Beverly

The Beverly Apartments are located near Brackenridge Park in San Antonio, Texas.  The 137 units built in 1968 were purchased in 2014.  After the completion of a multimillion dollar renovation, which included extensive rehab of unit interiors, a total upgrade of property common areas, roof replacement and a new clubhouse and reception area, the property was rebranded.   The Beverly now enjoys excellent occupancy at top of the market rents, delivering dependable cash flow to investors. 

Mesh

The Mesh Apartments are an assemblage of 6 separate multifamily properties located on Town Lake Circle.  The properties which were built between 1968 and 1972 were purchased between 2013 and 2016.  The assemblage began with 2 properties consisting of 149 units which were heavily renovated and rebranded as Mesh.  Subsequent purchases on Townlake Circle were renovated and rebranded as Mesh II and Mesh III.

Located across the street from software giant Oracle’s headquarters campus, the properties were rezoned in 2018 in anticipation of a future redevelopment.  The Riverside area continues to experience an urban renaissance with the addition of new apartments, retail and office.
