Spring Condominium
253 unit, 42-story tower
Spring Condominium was a groundbreaking project at the time of its construction. The building is a 400-foot-tall point tower, the first of its kind in Austin, Texas. The project encompasses 2 subterranean levels of parking, 5 levels of above ground parking in a 5-story garage which was built over the lot at 300 Bowie and an adjoining parcel. The garage serves not only the residential tower but the adjoining retail center as well. Above the parking garage are 37 stories of residential units built on an 8,000 square foot floor plate. The building was designed by the award-winning Vancouver, Canada, architect, Foad Rafii, and was completed in 2009.
