Austin Realtor makes NAR top commercial list Austin Business Journal

Diana Zuniga, president and founder of Investors Alliance Inc. in Austin, was named one of the top commercial real estate practitioners in the country by the National Association of Realtors. She will be among 59 winners to be honored in an upcoming issue of Commercial Connections, an industry publication.

She was nominated by the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors as the Top Woman in Commercial Real Estate. Only one other Texan, Kenneth Wimberly of Fort Worth, was named to the NAR list. Only seven women in total made the list.

Zuniga has been involved in the Austin commercial real estate market for many years and was the developer of the Spring Condominiums in the downtown area. She’s also been in leadership positions with the Real Estate Council of Austin and CTCAR.

Zuniga is a graduate of the University of Texas.
